Pause covers all of the health issues important to women approaching perimenopause, women going through menopause, and women who have reached menopause. Informative articles focus on osteoporosis, heart health, hot flashes, breast cancer, sexuality, incontinence, exercise and diet, and much more. Published by ACOG, the magazine is available free to ob-gyns for distribution to their patients. Pause is published biannually and has an annual circulation of over 1.5 million.
